What If It's Raining?We come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and the wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment.

Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment?Yes we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry 100 feet of extension cords and hoses so it's easy for us to access power and water.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 72 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancellations made with less than a 72 hour notice will have their $50 deposit held to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

Is Top Shelf Detail Licensed and Insured?We are licensed in the state of California and currently insured for up to $1m in general liability damage and $5000 in customer property protection!

Cancellations And RefundsIf you cancel with at least a 72 hour notice, your $50 deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than a 72 hour notice, your $50 deposit will be held to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you! Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist!

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail?We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit & debit card holders.
